Love Peggy...

Hello lovelies...well it's been a few weeks or so since my last post about Peggy. We are certainly having a busy time and lots of fun too.

I love Peggy so much, she is so adorable and she makes me smile everyday. Darren and myself are having so much fun with Peggy, we both love her so much. We give her lots of love and cuddles. I spend lots of quality time with her, and when she isn't with us, she visits her nana and grandad too.

I have quite a few pictures to share with you today...I hope you enjoy looking at them!

Peggy is absolutely adorable. I love her so much. It is so rewarding having her around and she makes me feel so happy. Peggy is learning everything so quickly. So friendly and sociable too, it is a pleasure to take her out everyday and she loves meeting people.

At the moment she is teething and I keep finding teeth around the house sometimes. Darren did have to remind me that a doggy doesn't have a 'tooth fairy'..ha...that's what he thinks lol...Peggy has a tooth fairy lol...she got a cuddly new toy!

Peggy is so loving and affectionate she follows me everywhere. Even when I am cooking tea, she sits at my feet. Peggy is growing so quickly. I can't believe she is just over 5 months old now.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at the photos and I will share some more soon. I love taking photos of  Peggy. Right, I'm off for a puppy cuddle with my little girl.

More Adventures with Peggy....

Hello lovelies! Well I am playing catch up with Peggy and her adventures. My computer has been poorly and was sent away for repair so of course I haven't been able to blog about Peggy as all my photos were on the computer. Anyway, since last time we have had excellent progress with Peggy!

We decided to buy a harness as she hated the lead on her collar, we had amazing success...she absolutely loves it!

We take her out now for lots of walks and we have been training her ourselves. Peggy is learning so very quickly too. We decided to train Peggy ourselves instead of going to Puppy training as she has such a lovely character I don't want that to be trained out of her. Anyway, she is doing really well.

Peggy has learnt to sit and stay. When I take her for a walk she sits at every kerb until I tell her to cross the road. I give her lots of love and plenty of praise every time. I also get her to heel too which she is doing pretty well at. The other things we have just trained her to do this week are to not jump up at people, I felt this was important to teach her early as some people don't like doggies and maybe are a bit frightened of them, well Peggy will grow quite a lot so I want to make sure she won't bowl them over in her excitement on greeting people.
We also take her off the lead now when it is safe to do so. Would you believe that at just 15 weeks old she actually comes back to us when called. Amazing, she truly is amazing!

The other thing she has learnt this week is to fetch and return her ball, and to drop it so we can throw it again for her. Peggy loves playing this game, of course she get's distracted if there are other people around to play with!

We are socialising Peggy by taking her to places with lots of people, so when they come up we let them pet her, she has played with other doggies now too. I call in the vets just to say hello and they give her a little treat too for being a good girl.

We have been on the beach, she wasn't too sure about the water though lol. We did have a lot of fun!

Also Peggy has now discovered she can get upstairs too. Of course I am letting her, I did help her on the bed one day lol..... we both got into trouble for that one off Daddy lol.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy looking at the photos, we did have a bit of catching up to do!
